Months have passed since the New Year bushfires but Anglicare’s Bushfire Recovery Coordinators are still supporting communities through the loss and trauma.

Mark and Sharon lost their home in the Dunn’s Road Bushfire in January. The Anglicare Bushfire Recovery Team supported Mark and Sharon through their loss in a time that was difficult for many people.

Now Mark and Sharon are working with GJ Gardner Homes in Wagga Wagga to rebuild their home. GJ Gardner have introduced a program where they donate $500 on behalf of families who are rebuilding after the bushfires.

And Mark and Sharon decided to give back to Anglicare. This is a story that reflects the spirit of the community so well! Thank you Mark, Sharon and GJ Gardner Homes Australia.
