Safer Places

Creating safe homes for individuals, with or without children, escaping domestic violence in Goulburn, Yass & Wagga Wagga.

Our Safer Places programs provide subsidised, affordable and safe transitional accommodation to those escaping Domestic or Family Violence.

In Goulburn, Yass and Wagga Wagga, participants are able to choose from a range of lease lengths, allowing them not only a safe place to stay, but an opportunity to establish a personal rental history.

Our Safer Places program has been partially funded with support from government initiatives.
However, we rely on the generosity of donors to cover ongoing costs to make this housing a place of refuge and healing.
Your support will help us cover operational costs, buy furniture and essentials and make families feel more comfortable. Your partnership will ensure the fridge and pantry is stocked when a new family arrives and that we can provide soft toys to welcome children who are feeling scared and overwhelmed.
It is this practical support that makes the world of difference for a family torn apart by domestic violence.
